Information collected
The inquiry form collects the contact and organizational information you provide, along with your description of the system, review goal, issue categories, material types, sensitivity category, and current status. The public form does not accept file uploads.
How information is used
Vexillum uses inquiry information to assess scope and fit, identify missing context, respond to the requester, protect the boundaries of the work, maintain inquiry records, and manage security or misuse.
Automated intake support
Inquiry information may be organized, summarized, or screened through automated tools. Automated output is advisory. It does not accept an engagement, issue findings, or make a final decision. Founder review controls whether an inquiry proceeds.
Sharing and service providers
Vexillum does not sell inquiry information. Limited information may be processed by service providers used for website hosting, form delivery, recordkeeping, security, and business operations. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, or system integrity.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for review, response, recordkeeping, security, and applicable obligations. Vexillum uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no public internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies and analytics
Vexillum does not add marketing analytics or advertising trackers to this site. The hosting service may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site.
Your choices
You may contact Vexillum to ask about an inquiry you submitted or to request correction or deletion where appropriate. Some records may need to be retained for security, operational, or legal reasons.
